Guide to the TALON schema

It is possible to use TALON without thinking about the particulars of the database that stores all of the gene and transcript information under the hood. However, for those who are interested, here is a diagram of the TALON schema (version 5.0). In house, we like to use the DB Browser for SQLite tool to interact with the data and try out queries.
