Deployment guide

This guide aims to support the deployment of phyloDB. This guide is divided into the following steps, in the defined order. However if you have followed the instructions on the README file (https://github.com/phyloviz/phyloDB), you should skip to step 4.

1. Build phyloDB and Algorithms jars;
2. Create and edit folders;
3. phylodb docker image;
4. Initialization scripts in the database container.
