Add MEXC as online quote feed

Why add MEXC?

Some CEX coins like BGB, OKB is not listed on Binance, Bitfinex, etc. MEXC has them all, and it has quite a large coverage of coins

I am struggling to understand how to define the ticker. I always get a "400 bad request".

[MEXCQuoteFeed] 400 Bad Request --> https://api.mexc.com/api/v3/klines?symbol=BTC_USDT&interval=1d&startTime=1759449600000&endTime=1759449600000&limit=1000

Other than that, I looks good to me. I will add some caching to it (PP is sometimes not so nice in calling the APIs) but this is something I can add easily on top.
