just some common problems i've encountered. for the usage permission one, there hasn't been much issue, but i usually ask and make sure. the only spot we've been pretty handwavy about it is map backgrounds
there's not much to say about designs in general other than these hopefully self-evident/objective points of concern
it'd be good to be able to refer people to this page and hopefully not having to repeat the same explanations
