Strategic Dashboard Initialization

When the strategic dashboard is opened by the first time, it will show an special modal for profile and project selection. By default the user will see all available projects in the system and there is no profile selected.
In case there are previously defined profiles in the dashboard, the user can select them by making a click on Profile drop-down button. Bellow it will change the Available Projects list depending on selected profile.
To quit from this modal and continue working with the strategic dashboard, the user must click on concrete project from the following list.
In order to navigate between the projects there is a Project Selector (explained in Strategic Dashboard Layout) and if she/he wants to change the profile there is a special button next to selector, which will open the Profile and Project Selection modal.
