This adds a few miscellaneous files that are standard best practice.
Even I have to admit that the previous thing was needlessly excessive.
This helps contributors automatically get project convention settings for indentation and line length in editors that support EditorConfig.
The `ls` command is there to be able to see the wheels that the job will try to upload. It's not that helpful for the test.pypi.org case, but it will be helpful in the pypi.org case if there are problems with uploads.
An errant pre-commit hook introduced changes without my realizing it.

#32) Changes: * Add miscellaneous files like `SUPPORT.md` and a security policy statement * Add a `.editorconfig` file that matches the indentation & line length used in this project * Add some copyright headers to files at the top level * Make trivial tweaks to `setup.py` and `ci.yml`
