This makes some minor clarifications to slew rates following removal of MOT_SLEW_RATE parameter and updates in
@MaEtUgR Slew rates only appear in two places, and really don't mention the parameters much. I have removed the one case and pointed to the actuator outputs docs for that.
The actuator outputs are normalized not percentages, so we'd want to update that if you do so in PX4/PX4-Autopilot#23846
