[Feature] Adhere to pyright "basic" checks as much as possible

Satisfy majority of pyright complaints to keep the repo better maintained.

There are some caveats:

• Cast has to be used sometimes, particularly for dependencies that are not typed well enough
• it seems there is some issue with passing numpy arrays to sapien.Pose, which expects specific lengths for some arrays
