What is this

add STM32H7_kasane/config.h and support STM32H7_settings in Jsk_Libs

Details

Please explain the contribution of this PR in detail.

  • commit1: add new config file
  • commit2: change files in servo directory
  • commit3: change files in flight_control directory to support multichannel timers
  • commit4: change .project to avoid new config file in stm32H7F7, H7, H7_v2 project

TODO

If there is still some work to do. Plase list up as follows:

  • test flight control with STM32H7 board
  • test flight control with STM32H7_v2 board
