We need to agree on a communication platform. The two options are:
- Slack
- Discord
Action Item: Hasancan will research and recommend the best option.
Key Requirement: The platform must support huddle features to facilitate subteam collaboration, as scheduling full-team meetings is unsustainable.
Guidelines for using labels:

draft: Apply this label to incomplete issues. Remove it only when the issue is well-rounded, to ensure issue quality. -

- Share the meeting notes on the wiki page.

- Team members to update their personal wiki pages with effort details.
