Unlike previous labs, most of the work for Lab 8 was conducted in small subgroups rather than as a full-group discussion. Arda and Onur coordinated task distribution, and members worked in focused pairs or trios on specific report sections.
Subgroups examined the current requirement set and compared it with milestone feedback. The team clarified which requirements will be completed by the final delivery and documented missing or incomplete parts. Yusuf and Berkay prepared the Addressing Plan, while Nuri and Osman worked on reviewing requirement definitions. Several issues were updated accordingly (e.g., #757, #759).
Another subgroup (Mete & Berk) worked on creating a structured acceptance test section. They defined a high-level plan for acceptance criteria and linked each major requirement to related test expectations. This work is reflected in issue #753.
A standards-focused subgroup (Arda, Hasancan, Onur) reviewed the status of W3C requirements, food labels, and legal compliance tasks. They determined which standards must be implemented for the final milestone and documented them in the report. Related tasks were captured in issues #749, #750, #751.
Legal compliance—particularly user data deletion—was addressed through new issues #761–#764.
The UX group (Yusuf Anıl & Fatih) reviewed milestone feedback and documented the UX assessment section in the Lab 8 report. They identified necessary improvements for clarity, navigability, and user expectations. This work informed adjustments planned for the final milestone.
Nuri also reviewed and cleaned outdated issues, improving backlog organization before the final milestone.
Overall, the session was highly task-oriented, with members progressing in parallel on different parts of the Lab 8 report and the associated GitHub issues.
