I was mainly responsible for maintaining and refining the requirements documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical, inclusive, and data protection standards, and updating design artifacts (UML, sequence, class, and use-case diagrams) in line with the revised SRS. Additionally, I contributed to repository organization, mock data generation, scenario updates, and backend endpoint testing. I also actively participated in team meetings, reviewed issues and pull requests, and ensured overall consistency across documentation and implementation.
For Customer Milestone 1, my primary contributions included:
- Revising and reviewing requirements according to Ethics, Inclusivity, and Data Protection expectations.
- Updating design diagrams from previous milestones to match the new requirements.
- Creating and organizing mock data for meal plans and dietary types for the demo.
- Conducting repository cleanup and workspace setup for better collaboration.
- Writing and reviewing backend endpoint tests to verify API functionality.
- Creating Milestone template, writing sections 3 and 5, and reviewing it before submission.

Requirements and Design Updates
- Reviewed and refined requirements for Ethics & Data Protection (#363).
- Reviewed and closed Automated Post/Comment Flagging for clarity (#364).
- Worked on Design Criteria for Inclusive Smart Environments (#362).
- Updated and corrected Recipe Management (1.3) and Moderation (1.8) requirements, opening related issues for tracking: #423, #417, #414, #413, #394, #392, #388, #384, #383, #378).
- Migrated and merged requirement 1.9 into other requirements as assigned in #419.
- Documentation and Reporting

- Reviewed: #471 and several others related to mock data and requirement updates
- Conflicts: No major merge conflicts occurred. Minor inconsistencies (naming, data mismatch) were collaboratively resolved during review.
- Participated actively in team meetings, including the Thursday session for milestone planning.
- Completed repository organization and cleanup (#331) and workspace setup (#345).
- Collaborated with @ardasaygan in generating and verifying mock data for scenarios.
- Ensured alignment between requirements, design, and demo deliverables to maintain consistency across all project artifacts.
