Update on buildings

• Slides for the buildings can be found here
• First common exercise: SFD (1980s)
  • Remove first Trnsys model from Enora, only keep second Trnsys model from Lien
• Second common exercise: stochastic occupants
  • Absolute differences
  • Relative differences
    • Ina: change y-axis on the plots to be equal
  • Enora: re-do simulations now the heat exchange between day and nightzone is implemented, might decrease the errors
• Third common exercise: renovations (2000s and 2010s)
  • Ina: change order of libraries on plots
• Who else wants to contribute?
  • Clemens: new now, wants to start modelling, from Dresden University, modelling tool: Trnsys14+own code
  • Konstantin: focus on control (not necessarily MPC), together with Tao
  • Tao: focus on control, together with Konstantin
  • Michael: Peter wants to contribute but no time yet, but they will model the different occupant behaviours and insulation qualities
  • Vasco: focuses on office buildings

Update on networks

• New layout has been merged to GitHub (8 and 32 buildings)
• Katy will prepare some slides with next steps for her

Update on applications (WP3.2)

• How to upload the case studies? > Additional page on the wiki: Applications
• Have different applications in different boxes
• From there, you can go to more details on each application
• Once a few are online, this will encourage other people to also want to be up there
• Konstantin: can we send applications that are not yet finished?
  • Dirk: not just add that we have this or this proposal, really already provide some kind of results
  • Alessandro: yes, but it is possible to send updates as long as the project runs
