Updates to CI testing

https://github.com/ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa/pull/1430 To be merged once tests pass.

Dymola 2021x and MSL 4.0.0

IDEAS is probably staying with MSL 3.2.3 for quite a while. Also JModelica would at some point need to be updated to MSL 4.0.0.

For now, keep at MSL 3.2.3.

In a few months, revisit. May make maintenance branch with MSL 3.2.3 dependency, or could update BuildingsPy so it downgrades from 4.0.0 to 3.2.3 during merging (or the other way around) as an option (would need testing).

Cooling coil

Antoine and Donghun present new wet coil model, and its validation against the IBPSA wet coil model (that is in PR).

Needs some feedback from Filip as the IBPSA model also has some discrepancy at the design conditions for some cases.

IBPSA model is faster than fuzzy model, need some analysis if fuzzy model can be made faster by avoiding some calculations if they are not needed. Consider using Dymola's block timer for profiling.

New state selection

Ongoing analysis, https://github.com/ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa/pull/1413

Refrigerant media

No discussion.

Steady-state sensors

Issue at https://github.com/ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa/issues/1406 and benchmarks at https://github.com/lbl-srg/modelica-buildings/pull/2185

OK to merge if tests pass.

Ethylene glycol

https://github.com/ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa/issues/1410

Steam media

Katy implemented a steam model for low/medium pressures steam heating systems, https://github.com/ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa/issues/1389.

Uses linear or quadratic property functions for thermodynamic properties.

Next step is to do system simulation models.

Simplified door model

https://github.com/ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa/issues/1353

CONTAM-style models (Klaas)

Klaas made PR with additional models and refactored other models. Needs review. Model names should be made clearer (than what CONTAM is using now) and consistent with other models used in IBPSA.

Not clear if complexity of having either mass or volume flow is justified.

Update on geothermal models (Massimo)

No discussion.

Visual enhancements of PartialTwoPort

Issue https://github.com/ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa/issues/1280.

See notes on ticket.

No work yet.

Progress on pull requests

No discussion.

New action items

For airflow models, make PR against a new branch.

Previous action items

Christian to work with Massimo on seeing what borefield measurement data Aachen could be providing. --> BS Publication in planning

Klaas to make pull request for new air flow models.

Fluid Property models (RWTH) RWTH intern development of R134a, R410A, R32, R407C, R290 and R744 merge in December, Paper in March Are there further fluid models of interest? We can add some more due to master's thesis.
