Motion to move Base Specification document to CSPRD & request Public Review

• • I move that the OASIS PKCS#11 TC issue OASIS PKCS#11 Base Specification v3.0 WD09 and the associated artefacts packaged together in the PKCS#11 archive at https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/pkcs11/download.php/65214/pkcs11-base-v3.0-wd09.docx as the PKCS#11 Base Specification V3.0 Public Review Draft and further direct the Chairs to perform any actions required by the TC Administrator to accomplish that issuance as soon as practicable, noting the docx versions as authoritative. We further approve submitting these documents for a fifteen day public review.

• • I move that the OASIS PKCS#11 TC issue OASIS PKCS#11 Historical Mechanisms v3.0 WD01 and the associated artefacts packaged together in the PKCS#11 archive at https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/pkcs11/download.php/65216/pkcs11-hist-v3.0-wd01.docx as the PKCS#11 Historical Mechanisms V3.0 Public Review Draft and further direct the Chairs to perform any actions required by the TC Administrator to accomplish that issuance as soon as practicable, noting the docx versions as authoritative. Motion to move Current Mechanisms document to CSPRD & request Public Review

• • Based on the following items being resolved prior to the TC admin request being raised:

 - The CKM_Null section is moved out of the TLS section and made it's own heading level;
 - The header file values noted by Dieter Bong in the documents being confirmed and updated in the header files with an appropriate motion to approve the amendment to the motion to approve the header files for publication as a CSPRD document by TC Admin:

Motion to move Amend Submission to PKCS#11 v3.0 header files as submitted for CSPRD

• • I move that the OASIS PKCS#11 TC issue OASIS PKCS#11 Header Files v3.0 as noted as an artefact for the PKCS#11 v3.0 Profiles CSPRD request be modified to include the with the identifiers noted by Dieter Bong with the subsequent version in the PKCS#11 GitHub Repository at https://github.com/oasis-tcs/pkcs11/tree/master/working/3-00-current.
