- Tony C noted that the updated WD was still under way following some recent edits
- Tony noted that this relates to Item 13 and the email from Danial M on August 24th
- Daniel reviewed his email with the conclusion that further encoding (ASN.1) was not required
- Some members noted that the email had not been received
- Agreed it would be reviewed at the next meeting

- Bob noted that removal of the extra encoding would not cause an issue for the NSS implementation
- Tony noted almost all items were resolved
- Hamish noted that the profile item (item 1 at top) was still outstanding with Tim H
- Tony noted that items 13 (noted above) and 19 were outstanding with 18 just needing a quick review.
- Bob R noted that no comments had been received so far was hoping to discuss today. Bob is also looking for the meanings of some of the KMIP items
- Bob reviewed hit latest draft focusing on the FIPS indicator attached to the current object rather than noting whether the operation that performed it was FIPS compliant.
- Amended proposal changed to reflect guidance on FIPS flags such that it is not a global flag set where only a subset of objects/operations are FIPS compliant
- Also includes the validation markers from the KMIP Spec as well as the ability to name the validations
- Tim noted that the latest draft had not been posted with the email
- Bob to post revised proposal to the list
- Agreed to discuss next meeting
- Daniel asked about a validation flag and if this was module defined - discussion to follow.
