Four subsets of the original data was provided by for the replication of this project named as:
- sel1
- sel2
- sel3
- sel4
Each of these subset consisted of WGS data, ChIP-seq data, RNA-seq data along with the the reference genome assembly.
The sel3 subset was picked by me for the study replication.
