List of Part Capabilities
List of all available part capabilities, classified by the creation type and usage. Capabilities are used to define both ability stats and part behaviors, so it is recommended to reference existing Spore parts to ensure your part is working correctly.
Most* of the items in this list are int32
properties; the value is the level of the ability. Add them in your part rigblock files like this:

*Note: Captain abilities that are upgradeable with the power handle must be used as vector3
properties, where the 2nd and 3rd values are the minimum and maximum values respectively, like so:

The purpose of the initial value is unknown. To give a part one of these abilities at a flat, non-upgradeable stat level, all of the 3 values should be set to the desired level. Capabilities below marked with (v3) must use this format.
