General

Updated Chinese Localization.

Weapons and Equipment

Removed stats for the Cash Blaster (For now....).
Slightly increased the Breaker 12G's reload time.
- It was a bit too strong compared to other Break Action shotguns. Should bring it more in line.
Updated VMP support.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue with Russian localization.
Fixed errors filling up the BLT log.
(Potentially) Fixed a crash when entering the weapons menu.
Fixed a few enemies missing the 'visor smash' sfx.
