Updated Korean Locale.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a crash when using the CAR-4 on the SWAT Turret.
Fixed the down counter added by Overkill not properly updating when using the Enduring Crew Boost.

Weapons and Equipment

Re-enabled the Longbore kit for the CAR-4. It functions similar to a Legendary Mod Kit that adds cosmetic parts for your weapon.
