Localization

  • Updated localization files

Gamepad Changes

  • Increased the speed and reliability of 'snap aiming' when ADSing with weapons while using a gamepad.
  • Look speeds when hip firing and in iron sights are now consistent to make using a gamepad feel better; hipfire and aiming have separate sensitivity settings anyways.
  • Aim assist is a bit more aggressive than vanilla to make controllers feel a bit easier to pick up and use.
  • Damage grace is now doubled when using a gamepad, since you'll be much slower to react overall.
  • Recoil is reduced by 25%
  • Base Ammo Pickup rates are increased by 15%

HUD and UI

  • Enabled an option to allow you to set font size of briefings when using Alpha Loadouts.
  • Fixed Russian Font on Alpha UI when locale was set to Russian.

Heists

Firestarter Day 2
  • Fixed some units clipping through the floor during stealth.
Election Day
  • Fixed a crash when loading into Day 2 (Warehouse).
Hotline Miami Day 2
  • Gates present leading up to the Commissar can now be opened by alternative means, such as shaped charges and the Saw.
Hoxton Breakout
  • Slightly increased the firing range of SWAT Turrets.
Undercover
  • Reverted to the old edit
  • Backported lighting from secret_stash (MapAdds Version)
  • Backported sniper count reductions
White House
  • Fixed bots sometimes getting stuck when returning from custody in some areas.
Crude Awakening
  • Reworked pipe puzzle area spawns to be less oppressive.
  • Enemies are no longer allowed on pipe puzzle area catwalk.
  • Replaced escape sequence scripted dozers with titan swats.
  • Replaced sea-level enemies with security guards to prevent titan sniper spam there.

Holdout

Heat Street
  • Fixed the wave completion achievements not working correctly.

Skills

Crit Chance Skills
  • Altered the descriptions to mention that indirect damage (i.e. AoE and DoT damage) cannot crit
    • This was always the case, even in vanilla, there was just no mention of this anywhere in-game
Cleaner
  • Changed the "Kills from behind/headshot kills grant dodge" to apply to direct fire damage (i.e. Dragons Breath shotties and flamethrowers)
The Professional
  • Changed the Aced version's extra ammo drop on special/elite enemy kill require you kill with a headshot
Ammo Efficiency
  • Ammo refund amount is now your half weapon's average ammo pickup (i.e. half of the weapon's listed "ammo pickup" stat), to a minimum of 1 round

    • The refunded ammo should roughly remain the same as the refund is now always rounded up instead of always rounded down; the only significant change is the refund now scales with ammo pickup instead of total ammo
      • Some Examples:
        • QBU-88
          • BEFORE: with 72 total ammo it would originally refund 2.16 rounds, which rounds down to 2 rounds
          • AFTER: now refunds 1.35 rounds, which rounds up to 2 rounds
        • FAL
          • BEFORE: with 80 total ammo it would originally refund 2.4 rounds, which rounds down to 2 rounds
          • AFTER: now refunds 1.55 rounds, which rounds up to 2 rounds
        • AKM
          • BEFORE: with 120 total ammo it would originally refund 3.6 rounds, which rounds down to 3 rounds
          • AFTER: now refunds 2.75 rounds, which rounds up to 3 rounds
        • M4
          • BEFORE: with 150 total ammo it would originally refund 4.5 rounds, which rounds down to 4 rounds
          • AFTER: now refunds 3.6 rounds, which rounds up to 4 rounds
  • Ammo refunding directly to the mag for the Aced version of the skill is back

    • Fixed crashes tied to triggering the skill after leaving custody
    • Removed the extended time window for the Aced version of the skill since that was only done to partially mitigate the loss of the original effect
  • Fixed being able to refund ammo to the point of exceeding the weapon's maximum total ammo.

Mind Blown
  • Chained headshots can only occur once every 0.5 seconds (120 RPM limit, assuming you proc this skill ASAP)
  • Rifles set to burst can benefit from the Aced effect of headshots having no falloff
Equilibrium
  • Aced skill now also allows for Akimbo weapons to be drawn and holstered 50% faster
Gun Nut
  • Basic skill now also allows for Akimbo weapons to have 20% tighter hipfire accuracy
  • Aced skill now also allows for Akimbo weapons to deal 50% of their damage through armor
Spray N' Pray
  • Stacks now drain 1 at a time
  • Lowered damage per stack from 16.67% to 12.5%
  • Increased max stacks from 3 to 4

Weapons

  • Fixed rare instances of OVK's fire input buffering bleeding past Resmod's version, resulting in a doubled inputs when firing weapons set to semi-auto

  • Fixed issues with the desync of moving parts during empty reloads

  • Fixed issues of "battery/recharge" weapons not regenerating ammo

  • Adjusted the empty reload timings of a lot of weapons to further incentives reload cancelling tech

  • Found a fix towards auto-reloads not triggering on queued shots or for burstfire volleys that leave the mag empty while simultaneously not breaking the interaction with Ammo Efficiency Aced

  • Increased the shooting movement speed reduction for semi-auto snipers

  • Reduced hipfire accuracy of snipers

  • Slight reduction of the slowdown duration after you stop shooting LMGs

Beardlib Custom Weapon Support

Added support for the following custom weapons:

  • Hylie's weapons:

    • Helldivers 2 SMG-32 Reprimand (changed to primary slot)
    • Helldivers 2 StA-11 SMG (changed to primary slot)
    • Helldivers 2 StA-52 AR
    • Helldivers 2 BR-14 Adjudicator
      • All HD2 weapons (including the AR-23 and LAS-16) have low ammo pickup (none for the LAS-16) and most attachments not specific to them are not available to use

    • MW2023 SOA Subverter/ARX-200410

Advanced Movement Adjustments

  • Slightly reduced slide distance, with a speed stat of 35 while on level ground, from around 9~ meters to 7~ meters
    • Faster/slower speed stats will scale slide distance up/down, respectively

Equipment

  • ECM feedback now disables Titan Cloaker and Autumn's cloaking.
  • ECMs are no longer disabled by Captain Autumn.
  • Lower bag pickup cooldown and make it consistent (From SH).

Enemies and Difficulty

  • Captains/Other Bosses will now have their health scale based on number of players.
  • Titan ASUs no longer receive increased damage with difficulty like actual HRTs. This was deemed unnecessary given their support role (and dinky little mp9).
  • Titan Gunners/Shotgunners now take an additional 25% damage from electric damage.
  • Rocket launchers now deal 500% extra damage to non-Titan bulldozers.
  • Titan Bulldozers now receive 500% extra damage from electric damage.
  • Titan Cloakers and Captain Autumn can now be lit on fire, but won't 'panic'. This is to enable 'marking' them with fire weapons.
  • Titan Cloakers now take 300% more damage from electric attacks.
  • Autumn decloaking when shooting will now scale with difficulty, meaning he is more likely to uncloak when attacking on lower difficulties.
  • Autumn and Titancloakers are now guaranteed to uncloak when melee striking.
  • Reduced Winters' invulnerability after his shield breaks to 5 seconds (from 15).
  • Added an OMNIA Dozer variant for use with the Medic Dozer mutator/modifier (Thanks IareAwesome17!)
  • Tweaked some enemy names when using Kill Feed mod to be less wordy.
  • PONRs will now count players in the 'escape zone' as escaping when the timer reaches 0, and players outside will count as being in custody rather than the entire heist failing if everyone is not present (Thanks, Miki!).
  • Improve Shield attack logic update interval.
  • Winters will now drop a gas grenade when his shield breaks.
  • Spring is now slightly weak to electrical damage.

Solo

  • Added an option to disable boons/bonuses players receive when playing in solo (Crime.net offline).

Other Bug Fixes

  • Removed the made-default crew AI skill that boosts ammo pickup rates due to it mostly being non-functional
    • Ammo pickup rates are cached in the weapon bases before crew AI is initialized meaning you would often never benefit from this bonus until doing something to reload the weapon bases of your guns after crew AI is initialized, like leaving custody or joining an online session with crew AI mid-heist.
  • Removed outdated instance edits for some heists that caused crashes.
  • Fixed a crash when using the search bar in the Blackmarket buy menus
  • Fixed some interactions being difficult/impossible due to Resmod height changes for the player camera by slightly increasing default interaction range.
  • Fixed the Titandozer minions that spawn with Winters on DSPJ not correctly taking damage from bullet weapons.
  • Fixed LPF overheal effect being misaligned on Federales units.
  • Fixed ASU buff values being incorrect on DW.
  • Fixed landing multiple hits with a single shot from a multishot capable weapon (i.e a non-slug shotgun) not allowing you to exceed 100% accuracy
  • Fixed a few achievements not being obtainable.
  • Fix a vanilla issue in team AI animation stances (from SH)
  • Fixed Muscle Panic not working with suppressed weapons.
  • Fix floating point errors with bulletproof aced.
  • Fixed NPC Peacemaker using wrong firing sound.
